Terms of Service and AI Disclaimer

Effective October 29, 2026

By paying a deposit, approving an estimate, or using anything Bayou Intelligence delivers, you agree to these terms.

The short version

  • What you see is what you get. You review and approve your work before final delivery. Once you approve it, it's delivered as is.
  • No refunds on deposits once work has started, on approved or delivered work, or on monthly plans already billed.
  • AI is not perfect. We use AI tools to build your project. Like people, AI can make mistakes, so please check everything before you use or publish it.
  • Our responsibility is limited to what you paid us, to the fullest extent Louisiana law allows.

Who we are

Bayou Intelligence is an independent AI services business founded and run by Kaleb Seaberry in Houma, Louisiana.

Kaleb is not a licensed or certified software engineer, programmer, or developer. He is trained in using and setting up AI tools, and he builds client projects mainly with third-party AI platforms. Our services are practical AI setups for small businesses and individuals, not custom-engineered software.

Nothing we provide is legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice.

AI is not perfect

AI tools can produce errors, including wrong facts, miscalculations, broken links, typos, odd images, or answers a chat helper gets wrong. We review our work, but we cannot promise it is error-free.

That means:

Review, approval, and "as is" delivery

You see your work before it's final. Each project includes the review rounds listed in your estimate (usually 2 rounds of changes). Changes beyond that, or new requests outside the estimate, are quoted separately.

Your work is approved when you say so in writing (email or text is fine), when you publish or start using it, or 7 days after final delivery if you haven't asked for changes. After approval:

Payments and no refunds

All sales are final. We do not give refunds, except where the law requires one.

PaymentWhen it's dueRefundable?
Deposit (50% of one-time work)Before work startsOnly if you cancel before any work begins
Balance of one-time workAt final deliveryNo
Monthly plansAt the start of each monthNo refunds or partial-month credits. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
Rush feeWith the depositNo

If you cancel a project partway through, the deposit is kept and you get the work completed so far. If something we delivered doesn't match what your approved estimate describes, tell us within 14 days and we'll fix it. Fixing it is our remedy, not a refund.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

These limits do not apply where Louisiana law does not allow them, including harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or physical injury (La. Civil Code art. 2004).

Your responsibilities and third-party tools

What you provide. You confirm you have the right to use every logo, photo, product image, review, and piece of text you give us, and that the facts you give us are true. You're responsible for any claims made about your own products or services, including health, legal, or pricing claims, and for following the laws and platform rules that apply to your business.

Your accounts. You own your accounts (Google, domain, hosting, AI services, payment tools) and add us as a user when needed. Keep your passwords to yourself, and remove our access when the work is done if you'd like.

Third-party tools. Our work runs on outside services such as AI models, website builders, hosting, email, and payment providers. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their outages, price changes, policy changes, or data handling. Their own terms apply to your use of them.

Ownership. Once you've paid in full, you own the final files and content we made for you. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
